Ileana Rodriguez is a mover, shaker and lovely-thing-maker. She lives in Raleigh, NC with two cats (Mr. Henry and Applejack), a sweet floppy-eared pup named Dignan and a very tall Magic Baby.

Since launching India Romeo in 2004, Ileana has transformed recycled and repurposed materials into vintage-inspired accessories and gifts for customers all over the world.

Ileana also is a member of The Handmaidens, a North Carolina collective of designers and artists. The Handmaidens produce The Handmade Market, a semiannual shopping event that features a selection of the best and brightest designers from NC and beyond.
